I voted for the Hot one, because I can take the heat (I better be able to considering I've lived here 15 years), but can't stand cold, so the winters for the warm one are perfect

Coldest, no hesitation. Even the coldest months are way too warm. Every single of them. Plus the cold version is less dry. And it even has snow!

Don't get your hopes up, it was 0.01"/0.25mm back in 1911, that will never happen again, I gaurantee it

The coldest one is comfortbale from February to May and from October to December (January is too chilly for my taste though). The hottest one is just comfortable from November to March, so the coldest Phoenix is better for me

If you saw my coolest from 01-Present thread, that is more what you will see these days. Phoenix got progressively warmer starting in the early 70's. Morning lows have gone up about 9 degrees and afternoon highs are up 3 degrees since 1971

I'm heat lover, but I'd choose the cold one. It's still quite hot, and has roughly twice the rain as the hotter version.

As for my verdict. I pick the cold version because it's more comfortable and snow while extremely unlikely can happen as a trace fell that December.

Surprisingly, I'll take the coldest one by a hair. The summers are not as brutal and have more thunderstorms (August looks excellent in that department!). Winters are cooler than desired but quite tolerable, especially considering that there's a lot of sunshine and mostly calm winds.

Looks kinda like Tuscon which I rate higher than Phoenix.
