I don't like temperature extremes (like, below -5 °C or above +25 °C), and/or dry and sunny weather. I like gloomy oceanic climates

WINDY weather is actually very annoying - at anything less than about 21-22°C. Windy and 16°C or below actually gives me a headache. Also, icy weather sucks azz, especially slushy or refrozen snow. Dreadful stuff, making it hazardous and difficult to get about in any way at all. March 2013 was a combination of both of these wretched types of weather making it my least favourite month of weather in my life time - at least December 2010 wasn't windy and also was a WINTER month unlike March 13 which should have been SPRING.

Weather much below average in any season.

Windy, wet weather in November when it is cold at 11C

High temperatures below freezing.

Thunderstorms stabilizing and/or changing course when they approach my city, which happens more than half the time.

Outside right now is the epitome of weather that pi**es me off the most

18C, cold, cloudy, pouring with rain. over 5C below average and it is mid August
