FOR /ACCUMULATING SNOW/ IN PLACES SUCH AS LAUREL SUMMIT...AND
MOUNT DAVIS. THE PREVIOUS FIRST DATE FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW AT
THESE 2 HIGH ELEVATION LOCATIONS IS OCT 9TH.
