I'm suprised this one hasn't been done yet.

A C- from me. Temps are comfortable but a lack of seasonality (no snow or warm weather )along with low sunshine and excessive rain take off substantial points.

Despite the cloudiness and its moistness, it's still rather comfortable all year-round.

C-

Not going to get a lot of points from me for lacking seasonality.

Besides that, average highs are a little on the high side, but cloudiness must help with not feeling very hot when walking outside. Still, I prefer low temperatures with sunshine instead of high-ish temperatures and clouds.

And I wish precipitation was more evenly distributed, or that it had less precipitation and more sunshine.

I'm giving it a D. Still better than most Cfa climates.

It's an A- or B+ for me. I prefer Medellin.

I'll give it a B- for the mild and consistent temperatures year round without any real cold weather.

Really? I figured you would have gave it no more than a C for having no summer.
Myself, I give it a D, it's basically a cloudier rainier version of San Francisco

If it had temps about 5C more, I would have given it a B. 7C more would be a B plus. It gets such high temps because accumulating snow would be impossible in Bogota. San Francisco also gets a B- for the same reason.

1554 hours sunshine according to another source, more likely to be correct. Still abysmal, no better than D at most.
