That's the dumbest thing I see any time of year here, the ice cream vans. Why bother? I mean even in mid-summer it's 12°C and raining here and you still hear their faggoty music echoing down the streets.
Of course it is about the average, simply because we all have different tolerances, if it was 3C where you are in July would you still not consider it cold just because to you 3C doesn't feel that cold?...
You don't find 3C cold, I do. The weatherman on TV could be from Alaska & see the temperatures forecast here in the UK & think it is mild to him, but in late March in the UK it isn't...
That is why on TV forecasts they are stating that this weather is cold or very cold, because for March it is.
I disagree.
March is just beside februrary which is a winter month. 3c in februrary is not cold so 3c is hardly cold.
You are a mild lover you will say 8c is cold!
3c is not cold end of!
Only an idiot tries to convince other people that his definition of something is the "be all and end all". Temperature is a subjective perception. END OF STORY.
And you say averages.. Bleugh half the time we dont reach the average! Stop relaying on averages as if the temp is always at the average when it most certainly is not!
Does that mean you think it is cold in North Dakota?
I'm trying to remember what ice looks like when it melts. Is it that the stuff you call water?
Right now we are having a heat wave.
Does all the snow start melting really fast when it reaches say 3c or does it thaw really slowly?
