13 degrees / 55 degrees, absolutely perishingly cold for "summer" and cloudy and raining.

The weather forecast has highs of 10 - 13°C (50-55°F) for a whole week, far colder than even summer on the Falkland Islands, Iceland or even the most northern parts of Russia. That's the worst forecast I've ever seen for July in my entire life.

It's definitely not colder than the Falklands, nowhere near as cold!

I said colder than their summer, they average 13 degrees maximum in summer, our forecast is worse than that! They must get a lot more sun than two hours a day as well!
