I'd be willing to bet San Diego- that's how its weather is pretty much described, 70˚F +/- 10˚ year round. It's about 70˚ right now

High temperatures of 70F?

San Diego or somewhere close to it is likely the winner.

A place at the right elevation in Hawaii might be better though. Closest I can find to 70F highs year-round is HAWAII VOLCNS NP HQ 54 with highs ranging from 67 to 72F year-round. It's at 4000 feet.

Coastal Los Angeles must average an awful lot of 70F days. It's certainly much cooler than just a few miles inland.

SD is slightly on the warm side of that number and SF on the cool side. I also like Monterey.

All of them are so much better than the East in the weather dept it's not funny!

Coastal Southern California has an average temperature of 70F year-round with high sunshine and low humidity/rainfall. Inland parts of SoCal are drier and sunnier though (no marine layer) with hotter summers and colder winters.
