The town of Lesoyao sits at 60*N, 8*N lower than Calebtown, but the elevation of 1,018m asl offsets the latitude effect and creates a similar climate, sunnier with higher diurnal range. Climate classification is tundra, but it seems more subarctic with the summer highs.
How would you rate the climate? I would rate it a B. Too sunny with too high of a diurnal range in winter causing major thawing.
A-. Sunshine and snowfall are ideal, but my only complaint is the too warm winters. Make them ~10°F colder and it would be practically my dream climate. You could also make the summers a little warmer, but that would be problematic. Record highs are already too hot!
Only a B+ .. winter is a bit too mild, while summer-, spring- and fall avg. lows are still too low.... But most important: the sunshine is just way too high...
Ok, I actually do my own contirbution to the forum. To say, I actually make a point to post on every thread on the weather forum I have a point to, unlike many of you, which just look at the threads and going away without a vote, let alone a post.
F. Any climate with year-round snow is an automatic F from me.
