Normally June + July. August is always much duller and wetter than those two months.

From april till the beggining of october. Lovely. (To clarify this includes the autumn, the winter, and the first part of spring. Or lets just say everything but the summer:P).

July is warmest in Southern England, but May is usually more reliably sunny and tends to be lower winds (in my opinion)

Usually late April to early October is pleasant. But mid May to mid June and late August to mid September are usually a bit more consistently comfortable.

Agreed.

In April, though, there may still be some odd days with highs of 27 or 28 C, but these are more rare and, as we are leaving summer behind, April feels like paradise.

On the other hand, October is pretty pleasant in general, but from time to time we may have little warm spells that break the "pleasantness", and to me they are nasty, and make me a bit anxious.

July is heaven for me. Also, May (especially the last part), June, August and September are nice, though the latter two may have some steep increases in temperature at the end followed by brutal drops in temp.

yeah, april can easily have those 27/28 celsius but somehow i always find april very pleasant. It must be that after 5 months of horrible heat, april feels cool and lovely. Most days are in the 23-24, though, and sunny, and nights in the 15-18. Just great. Specially after all those months of 35s and 25 celsius nights!

But my favourite month gotta be september. This year specially, sept was awesome.
And i agree with May. May is usually a fantastic month cause the cold starts and it feels oh so great! Also the winter months are usually very nice, except the little heatwave after la tormenta de santa rosa in august when temps can reach 30c, ugh!
But overall winter in Buenos Aires i would say its ideal. With its cold humid days included.

I guess the word "pleasant" is open to interpretation. To me, pleasant = high 60s, low 70s. Spring and fall weather, basically. Most of the summer is too warm to call "pleasant" (not that I don't enjoy warm weather, I do, it's just not what I think the word means).

high 60's and low 70's is typical summer weather here, which is why I chose July and August, but I probably should have chosen June and July, as Weatherfan2 said August, recently anyway, tends to be very dull and cool, even in hot summers.
