It seems like 33% of all people would enjoy 92 degrees and sunny with low humidity in the middle of the summer and find it pleasant.
Definitely not just 2.6%.
However, it is fine if someone does not find that weather condition pleasant. I just hope they can see how other people would find it pleasant, as well as other weather examples.
Dunno, it seems like 2.6% to me.
Definitely not 33%.
Usually by February and March winter starts feeling a bit too long and not as "exciting" and as pleasant as January.
In April, I am getting used to consistent mildness/warmth after 5 usual months in a row where the weather wasn't like that. By the time it is the May, I get used to it and it becomes very pleasant.
November usually feels a bit too cold too early.
Also, for November and December I am getting used to the cold.

How about 92 with high humidity-how many you figure find that pleasant?
I would say that 97.4% of people, including myself, would not find 92 degrees to be "pleasant".
I've enjoyed 92°F (low to moderate humidity) weather myself. It's not ideal, nor something I'd want regularly, but depending on what I'm doing, I do find it pleasant. It's good swimming weather, and not that unpleasant for causal biking if there is shade. Ok for lounging in the shade in a corner, too, as long as the heat is for the midday and then cools down.

Well, no. Thankfully, I don't get that combination all that often.

Paris : "May through September" (as a well-known BBC series goes).During that period, temperatures never drop below 40°F at night and 60°F during daytime, most of the local 1650 yearly hours of sun are during that period (but overcast skies and showers are relatively frequent though, but don't last very long).
As I'm used to the climate, I'd even say mid April till mid October.
Price to pay for this relatively long (for the latitude) pleasant weather is very gloomy weather rest of the time (with a always cold front once in the winter bringing snow , can be anytime between end of November and early March).

You mean Memel Hampstead near London?
No, you're thinking of Hemel Hempstead I'm quoting the figures for Hampstead, a suburb of London about 10-12km from the centre and the nearest weather station to where I live:
