Harbin is a disaster. Ironically the summers are even more humid than in Colombo Colombo is actually relatively nice for its location, not a single month with humidity above 80% and with moderate heat the whole time. Not exactly Montevideo or Valencia, but still a much nicer climate than Harbin

Harbin is nowhere near as humid as Colombo, thats nonsense. Not a single month with humidity above 80% is meaningless without taking into the air temperature. The average lows should tell you alot about how humid it really is in Colombo and it is close to a sauna.

The lows are very very not good, but Harbin has bad summers too. This is almost like Winnipeg vs Miami, and as much as I hate Miami's climate, it beats the hell out of the other optipn

Yes, but summers in Harbin are objectively far less humid and far more comfortable.

That's a load of crap. Harbin's summers are nowhere near as warm as Colombo at any time of the year, so dewpoints will be far lower.

As for the poll, I choose Colombo, obviously.

Reviving this because I think Colombo deserves some love right now! (Even without the recent events, this climate wins out right next to that hell named harbin).
