Interesting one. I find Brussels' climate more interesting as it gets warmer in summer and has more continental characteristics in general throughout the year.

Brussels is an improved Rouen. I doubt anyone's going to choose the latter. The poll is going to be lopsided.

Depends. Some people prefer cooler summers and Rouen would hence fit them better. I know an immense amount of people whose ideal summer temperatures revolve around 22 degrees, like in Rouen. Let's see

LOL that's BS. Dikipedia is not the place to look up climate averages for precisely this type of reason.

Anyway both are much the same in temperatures and too similar to make a decision (based on REAL averages). So no choice.

A rather cliche battle since they’re so similar. I’ll go with Brussels for being very slightly wetter.

Both are good (A) climates, but I prefer Brussels for slightly warmer and wetter summers.
