Perth, mainly as it has the highest rainfall of the group with a summer that is not quite as dry as the others. Seville a close second, I prefer the slightly cooler winters but the summers seem a little too hot for my liking.
I would go with Long Beach, CA…warmer than Perth or Seville in winter and less rainfall then both annually…
I thought you care more about warmer summers than warmer winters.
As for me, all 3 of them have warm enough winters (highs above 60°F, almost frost free). Seville is too hot, Long Beach's weather is rather dull. As long as there's decent sunshine, I prefer more rain, so I'll go with Perth. Perth is rather hot, but not way too hot, so it makes it a more interesting climate.
Perth probably has hotter ocean temperatures in the summer than Long Beach.
Perth. Warmer SSTs than Long Beach by 4 C / 7 F year-round -- a significant difference. I also like that Perth has such high rainfall for a Med climate while not compromising on sunshine. It's something of an outlier among Med climates in this respect.
