A grade of F from me. Way too hot all the time. Even the winters are hotter than what I'd prefer for summer.

I can't give a F to a hot and sunny climate; that grade is the sole privilege of incredibly gloomy and/or cold hellholes; but I really can't go higher than E- due to atrocious, even dangerous summers.

Winter looks comfy; probably a little too hot around 12-3pm but surely great the rest of the day.

A cold gloomy hell hole would be far more liveable than this.

57C in summer!! This is an F. I've never given one yet, but this is it. I like warmth, not being on fire.

Not for yours truly. Even a strong heat discomfort, especially in sunny condition, is far less dreadful than the endless depression of, say, subpolar oceanic climates.

By livable I think he means gloomy subpolar oceanic climates are unlikely to kill you.. this one is likely to kill you.. all climates capable of killing me on a daily basis, such as Vostok, get a giant fat humongous F------------------.
