Wow, record lows in Florida on the 18th? Summer record lows seem very hard to break that far south.
Good eye.
Jacksonville Florida Airport tied it at 59°F.. Even Taunton where NWS is in MA broke the low reaching 40°F. Hawaii too. LOL

Two airport weather stations in the Jacksonville, FL area? The 59 F low is very impressive. 50s in Florida in June are not very common. Jacksonville NAS dropped down to 55 F on June 14th which was a record. South Carolina has enjoyed a slight reprieve from the heat as well with many evenings in the 50s. I cited Myrtle Beach on the previous page. I imagine it was a tad cooler inland.

No..thanks for correcting..Fixing it now.. I grabbed the wrong number. Yes 59 in Jacksonville.
That cool shot escaped my notice. It certainly was significant with all those new records. In any case a sub-60F Summer morning anywhere in Florida is notable.
This is another incident that fits Cambium's views. I heard nary a peep from any media outlet on those records. If the same number of stations hit heat records, then we would be hearing a lot about it. That's happened several times this year and my point is valid in this respect.
What about that place in Hawaii that featured "45 beat 63 in 1888"? Is that station reliable? If so, that is an extremely impressive record low.
