Vancouver - comfortable year-round, wetter, and not too much sun. Kabul is too dry and sunny.

Kabul.... four distinct seasons with plenty of sunshine year-round and light-moderate precipitation.
Although I wish it was a little wetter than that and more evenly spread.

Kabul, it's much sunnier & has a better summer.

Vancouver's average sunshine hours during the winter is enough to scare me away.

Kabul... But it's tough. Kabul's climate certainly leads to substandard scenery, but it's warmer for so much of the year it gives me more options.

Kabul despite the cold winters. Daytime highs in winter are pretty much the same as here with way more sunshine year round and much hotter summers. I also love the fact that it's dry
