Sun good, winters too cold, rainfall much too high. C.

Get rid of June, July and August and halve the snowfall and it would be an A. As it stands, a low B.

Not too bad for a continental climate. Certainly much better than any climate in northern Europe. Summers are fantastic, and, while I dislike winter and cold in general, those relatively correct sunshine amounts along with the fact that winter precip is snow instead of rain, make it quite tolerable.

I give it a C.

It's a D- at the moment. Make the average highs from November to March something like this: N 13, D 11, J 9, F 10, M 12 (including all minima to around 2-3C), get rid of all the snow (apart from maybe a rare shower every 2-3 years), halve the rainfall, and it will be in the A/B territory.

July and August are too warm and overall it's a bit on the sunny side. Rain, snow, and the other ten months are good.
