I'd erase the last line and put this one in:

Last winter in Alaska

That's my thinking on the issue. Specifically the winter in places like Anchorage, Valdez, and a couple of sweet spots farther away from the coast .

I had typed Alaska but then something told me they got warm after their crazy snow and cold so I figure I put Europe since most people would remember them having sustained cold and snow. As long as there's 3 straight months of above normal snow and way below normal cold Im happy.

I don't hate mild winters themselves, I jusr want to have stable snowpack (which is not guaranteed here in recent years). Plus, average summer in Kharkiv still quite hot for me (although we had plenty of above average summers because of global warming).

In my area?? Phoenix? Tucson? Some of the hottest cities in the country? Definitely colder haha.

Great summer temps for me would be like 70 degrees.

Winter? Well, it has reached the 30s in Tucson and I loved that. I think it could be a little colder and I would be fine. Honestly, I'm made for a cold place. But yet, I live in Phoenix.

An average summer with highs in the low 80's F and lows between 55-65 F is pleasant.

However, a cooler than normal winter with an average high around 32 F and low of 19 F is always preferred . 30+" of Snow is a must.

A little warmer in summer, particularly at night, and a good 25F warmer in winter.

Ideal would be about 68/50 in January and 90/75 in July.

Record cold winters (something like 1950 but 10 degrees colder) and cooler than average summers with much more diurnal range.

For winter, lower both the highs and lows by about 10 degrees (F).
For summer, keep the highs the same but raise the lows by about 8 degrees (F).
