I didn't mean that I was in a full blown frost hollow just that my station recorded mins a few degrees colder than other ones due to my location in the valley. In 2010 it was -5c at my house and -1c at the top of the mountain.

Yes.

Anyway onto more credible forecasters out there; and I have produced my Winter 2012/2013 forecast.

I shall be releasing it on December 1, however, and I can tell you that I do not let my mild-bias creep into my forecast. But what I have come up with, is interesting, and shall be a bit different from recent winters.
