Using that link, and looking upt my town I got 67°F as the high (75th precentile) and 58°F for low (25th precentile) for midsummer. Averaging the two gives the median, 62.5°F just about exactly what I said my average dewpoint is. I don't think we have much of a diurnal dewpoint variation, so 62.5°F is the average peak afternoon dewpoint.
For Brisbane, 75th percentile was 71°F, 25th 64°F, so higher than Philly in the sense that Brisbane is less prone to lower dew points but the higher range is roughly the same.
If you click on the dashboard link on that site you have even more options. Gives historical weather pretty far back for loads of places.
Brisbane looks higher, around 20°C. Brisbane's dewpoint's are also less changeable and I assume last for longer of the season. Still, it's not bad for its latitude and climate type. I'd say Brisbane wins for most comfortable borderline subtropical/tropical climate.
Cool site. Has got me plugging in heaps of different cities to check the dewpoint! A low dewpoint is important to me as I enjoy the feeling of not being saturated with sweat!

Check out their site for Death Valley (technically not in Death Valley but in Nevada). Some really low dewpoints even in summer.

Then don't go to Red Sea or Persian (Arabian) Gulf. Dewpoints there can get above 90F.
DP's hover around 19-21°C in Nice. There are a few August days where they can reach 23°C like last summer.
A typical day would see a high of 28°C with 65% RH.
In Singapore I'd say (from experience, not accurate data) that DP's are most frequently in the 23-26°C range, day/night, though I've seen values as high as 28°C. I don't recall seeing lower than 22°C though as there are a few days a year with lows of 20-21°C, even with 100% humidity DP's would have to be not higher than that.
