Agreed that Brookings doesn't have a proper summer. It's more like year round spring but why wouldn't you enjoy that more than 3-4 months of winter hell?

Windsor by far. Better summers, more interesting winters. I need a winter. Lel at .4/.2 snow fall in only Jan and Feb.
