Quito for me. La Paz ist actually a bit too cool with no real summer, while Quito is pretty comfortable year-round. The other climates are all too warm..

La Paz and Quito both seem nice. I like Quito's precipitation pattern more, but I picked La Paz for being cooler and having more sunshine hours.

None of them are really great, Hong Kong is probably the nicest considering all aspects. Not enough thunderstorms or sun but the average highs are ideal year-round.

I still prefer Brasilia out of this bunch. A solid 'A' climate.

My only complaint is the lack of heat.

Brasilia has a nice high but the low is far too cold. If only the mean was the low then it would be perfect.

I chose Quibdo. Temperature differences across months is negligible and season are nonexistent. But the amount of sunshine is appalling. The amount of precipitation is also ridiculous.

The perfect climate would be a mix of the two.

Quito followed by La Paz and then Nairobi.

I don't know if i could deal with the high altitude of La Paz being over 3600 metres high, climate wise i would even prefer it over Quito, but from altitude and climate Quito would be my favourite.
This would be closely followed by Nairobi which has also a nice warm but still comfortable climate (cool nights) which reminds slightly on our summer months here temperature-wise.

La Paz as it can get frost, unlike other climates.
