Miami Beach! Sunshine State and thunderstorms vs no sun for 4 months...not hard for me! Plus, warm clear waters on the Atlantic!

I would live in perpetual discomfort in Miami Beach while even extreme cold really doesn't bother me. I pick Alert. The gorgeous tundra landscape and extreme light conditions are a bonus as well.

Miami Beach of course. I'm not a "heat lover", but I'll take year-round tropical beach weather over a freezing, barren wasteland any day.
