January 2013 average high - 6.6°C (avereage high for january is 8.3)
February 2013 average high - 6.5°C (avereage high for february is 8.5)
March 2013 average high - 7°C (average high for march should be 11.4)

This year's march was colder than January is on average.

Paris

January 2013 average high - 5.8°C (should be 6.9)
February 2013 average high - 5.8°C (should be 8.2)
March 2013 average high - 8.7°C (should be 11.8)

This definitely was on of the longest and coldest winters in years for Europe.

It's continuing cold this April in London.

Current average high is 12.0C compared to the average of 14.2C at Heathrow and 14.6C at Greenwich.

Terrible spring in the UK. The coldest, deadest waste of life I've ever known. It will probably be the worst spring since before 1996 esp. if May is crap.

btw London had 12 days of temps below 0°C this March alone! most of it was at night obviously but still. thats pretty bad

And also 23 days in March had rain and 5 had snow

But only 13 of those days had anything measurable. The other 10 were most likely dew on the sensor.

Still below average today in London at around 13C/14C, it should now be around 15/C or 16C now that it's late April. There was a ground frost as well this morning: 1.9C / 35.2 F

Thats nothing. We had like 60 frosts this winter. And i had like 24 or something in march. Theyve kinda stopped though because of the cloud and longer day length. We had about 15 days of snow in march.

all im hoping for is that summer will be abover average, maybe something like summer 2006 heatwave we deserve it after this crap!

Well 1996 and 2006 both started with cold winters and cold springs, 1996 was sunny and average to warm, and 2006 had the hottest July on record.
