That's definitely very cold. Is that the max for the day?

Here, mostly sunny and 21.3C. Not much change. Up and down like a yo-yo.

Yes. The morning and early afternoon was 14C something, only 1C up from the night, and should not rise above 16C today. The coldest day since, wait, 14 June. The rain is expected to continue until 3 AM tomorrow. But at least I can't complain about yellow grass anymore.
