Hoping to update this as I go along. Hope others can chime in as well.
And I couldn't be happier - this is the first time in 8 years (I think) that we've made it to June without hitting 90. Let's see how far we can go before we hit the dreaded nine-oh - sure is a far cry from last year's summer, that's for sure.

My area hit 90 for the first time in 2013 on April 10th, which is ridiculously early. Then not again until May 30th.

Anyway, the Mount Pocono, PA weather station has not hit 90 yet this year, and probably won't for a while given the forecast.

Nice, France (43°N) the earliest (in terms of seasonal progression) ever 90°F+ temp was on a June 11 (in 2009 - 32.6°C) and 31°C+ is rare even in mid summer.
Although our summer temps are warm by most standards, standard deviation of temperature is very low here, hence both record lows and highs are unimpressive.
