I give it a D+, due to the cold winters without hardly any snow;it would be better to be mild and snowless rather than cold and dry IMHO; I like hot and humid weather and I also really like rainy weather, however, Beging, China sees significantly less annual precipitation then where I live, rather depressing IMHO, so a D+ Maybe a C- at Best, especially if the winters were Cold AND Snowy.

Winters too cold. Summers too humid and wet (God, that monsoon is all over China really!). Good sunshine hours though (China usually lacks those) and nice springs/autumns.

C. Winters are too dry, summers are too warm and humid and rainy. It's also a little dry overall.
