That's colder than our weather & we don't need ac!!!
My bedroom got down to 74 last night!!! (It's normally 80/81)
And since the lows have been in the 60's, it doesn't warm up enough in the day even with the highs around 80!
To the person in Phoenix - lucky!!!
I always have this little "competition" between here & there.
And this time of year we usually have you guys beat! But lately it looks like your highs are higher! But your lows are lower so...
Man - this sucks!!!
Can't it just stay summer forever?
You live in Miami, isn't it 11 months summer and 1 month cooler there?

I wish it was 13 months summer!!!
But no - we've been getting low 60's a night! That's NOT summer weather!
After Halloween it's all downhill til MAYBE April. Really June, but April gets a little more tolerable...
And we DO get into the low 40's - I think most people who are "day" people don't realize it cause they're sleeping! Well I'm up all NIGHT so I KNOW! And in the winter months sometimes the HIGHS are 60's! ACK!!! I'm gonna freak out just thinking about it. So I'll stop.
I don't care what ya'll cold freaks think!
I want 90's 100's and up!!!
I'll even take the dang humidity! I'd rather it dry, but that makes it feel cooler.
Just gimme HOT!!! HOT I SAY!!!

My a/c went off the first week of October when the first cold front went through the Houston Area. It has been in the lower 80's for the past three weeks and we have had a nice breeze during the day. Today we are supposed to be a high of only 68 or so. Hopefully no more a/c or expensive utility bills until next spring. I love being able to smell the outside now. I hate being closed in with the air running constantly.

Am in the Panhandle, where it is usually a few degrees cooler than DFW area. Last used AC end of September. I do keep windows open, we tend to get a nice breeze here too. But by mid-week we are supposed to be up into 80s again, so may need to put it on. Having Indian Summer here it seems.

I'd doubt you'd need the A/C out in the panhandle next week with your nighttime temps...
