Coastal CT (Bridgeport) with 10.7" for this month is 8.6" above normal to date, which means they are 410% above normal. Quadruple the normal amount to date. Keep in mind BDR is almost halfway to their normal seasonal average.
NYC with 8.2" so far is triple the normal amount to date of 2.0".
Philadelphia, where normal snowfall to date is 1.4". They had 11.2" accumulate already! That's 700% above normal!

It's been a very wintry week here. Snow along with some pretty cold lows. This morning it was 4 F/-16 C. Yesterday dropped down to 2 F/-17 C. Yesterday's high reached 20 F/-7 C just before midnight.
