True, but there will be some days of below 32 and above 88 here in Seattle. Look at Brookings Oregon and Harbor, Oregon, which average 40F to 71F all year. But then 81" of rain is the price you pay for that mild climate. There are many more choices along the Oregon coast that are similar in climate.

Yeah, Seattle was just the first major city that came to mind.
Brookings would probably sit within that range most of the time but it has some crazy record highs for its coastal location at 42N.
