I like west kendall the most because it get's the most rainfall and severe storms frequent that area the most.

I don't believe the Weather Channel stats for Kendall. On the NOAA site for Miami is an even more rural and outlying location called Perrine 4 W. When I used google earth to locate the site using the lat/long, the site is in the middle of farm fields. Kendall is more suburban. Jan high/low averages are 76F/55F for Perrine, which is warmer than the Weather Channel Kendall numbers.
