Temperate mixed forest. Those stats look very similar to Lerwick on the Shetlands.

I could be wrong, but I'd say taiga. Summers are almost borderline for the taiga/tundra divider, so I find it hard to believe that deciduous forests could survive here.

Less than 1 in 20 people in the world is an American. Only Americans use Fahrenheit. Why would the wishes of 1 person be granted by the other 19? That sounds like a dictatorship. Fahrenheit is a dumb scale anyway.
