Perpignan easily. Mostly for the winter weather, which is near perfect.

I already have basically Newarks climate here, and I don't like the winter at all.

Perpignan for me.

I like the look of Newark's summer, but the winter would be a real downer.

Newark for hotter summers.. Certainly higher humidity making it feel hotter too.

Winters aren't great in Newark, but they don't even deserve to be called "winter" in Perpignan. They are more like early April or early November by my standards. Weak overall, weak extremes...

Yes, Winter in Perpignan like November.
I prefer a cold and snowy winter rather than a November weather.
Summer in Newark are hot and varied, some days with handsome thunderstorm and short warm rain, i like that.

Perpignan by far - warmer winters, drier, little humidity

NJ is appalling - freezing winters and tropical summers, like most of the East Coat (hell no).

Newark is better because of its more humid and rainy summers. Both are pretty pathetic when it comes to thunderstorms.

Newark has much better winters, and hence takes my vote. Also has more weed compared to Perpignan .
