Worse than Tromso's and T's climate wasn't all that great.
Sunshine hours are not given but I wouldn't be surprised if they came in under 1000. Yecch!
Precipitation is light, only 16 and some inches but evaporation rates are all but nonexistent so it's more than enough to sustain whatever vegetation that can gain a foothold here. I would be willing to be that measurable rainfall occurs on more than half the days of the year.
having said that, the place is impressively warm for it's latitude; B or a little less given its distance from the equator and D-/F otherwise....
