15° with the wind chill of 6° thankfully the winds have died down but we are again at partly sunny.

Is it chilly all over the U.S. right now except in Ga. and Fla?

It's 9 above here, but the windchill is minus 7. That'd be kinda depressing except for the fact that we're in for a three day warmup starting today. Not much of a start though, is it?
