New York City :

Seattle :

I prefer NYC climate because :

-It's more 4 seasons climate.
-Summer are much more hot and humid.
-Some days short warms rains or beautiful thunderstorms can occurs.
-Winter sunshine hours are much more high.
-I like the winter snowstorm in New York City, its beautiful and awesome atmosphere.
-I love the color in Central Park in mid October (with Halloween).

New York, only for its higher sunshine and its proper warm summers. I don't like at all its winters and its rainfall amount.

NYC for me. Even though it gets much greater extremes than here, it looks as though it would be a more familiar climate to me.

New York City.

Seattle's winters are a bit milder, but they're also darker and wetter, which would negate the milder temperatures for me. Outside of winter, NYC just outshines Seattle.

Seattle has warmer winter, cooler summer, less rain....but the 20% more sunshine hours for NYC trumps all of that...NYC by a sunburn.

This is a tough one, because i like cooler summers of Seattle more than those of NYC.
On the other hand for a winter lover, the winters of Seattle sound terrible, so here i would definately prefer NYC.

Vote goes to NYC then.
