Perfect sunshine, perfect (low) rainfall and good temperatures.
Winter should be a little warmer. A very beautiful city, I love it.

Love the overall dryness and sunshine. But winters are too cold and summers seem a bit hot - they seem out harmony considering that the city is mostly cool. How the temps climb too much in summer seem 'bipolar' for me.

I give a C, summer are very hot (I like) but the short warm rain and thunderstorm can't occurs (I much more prefer subtropical summer weather).
It´s to dry and boring especially in the summer.

Warm rain never occurs anywhere in Europe, nor even in the southern countries.
The city has an average of 13 thunderstorms per year. Well, it's not as stormier as northeastern Spain or southern France, but neither Egypt:
