You got the Atlanta and Miami ones right.
The others are decent guesses but off.

I'll guess and rank the remaining ones...
Location A - San Diego (This was my overall number one to begin with...)
Location D - Santa Fe (This was probably number two anyways but close with Atlanta)
Location B - Minneapolis
Location F - That's cold, unusually so(winter storm?)... even for the top of a mountain peak... Maybe Mount Rainier?

No, not that cold in SE. Well, very rarely that cold. Minneapolis maybe, or a warm spell in Fairbanks, Ak.

The forecasts were way off, though they were more than two weeks ahead.

As for ranking them based on the actual results
Fairbanks, Denver, Chicago, Atlanta, LA , Miami -- Fairbanks is too cold, but it's at least wintry
And based on the typical weather this time of year
Fairbanks, Chicago, Denver, Atlanta, LA , Miami --Chicago is more consistently cold than Denver.
