So what is the problem with saying the average high is about 24C, which it is?
Because it isn't! Its 23c not 24c you can't just round up and down climatic averages like that. And you have an ongoing agenda to make up London's climate warmer than it is...
I've noticed when you say London's average winter highs which is (8.3c in January) you still round up to 9c!

He has an ongoing agenda to make the whole British isles look like the tropics!

Well then it isn't 23C either if you can't just round up/down like that. 23.5C is closer to 24C than it is to 23C. Why is there never a problem with other people rounding their temperatures to the nearest whole number?
Nobody seems to care when other people round up their average temperatures to a whole number, why is it an issue here?
Because you have an agenda to make London look milder than it is.

Ok I'll correct myself someone would say "10c mild for London in winter" and you will come along to say "no its only slightly above average its normal"

You have an agenda to make London look milder god knows why.
Ok... here are Heathrow's average temperatures and what I round them to in conversation. 10C is not 'mild' for London though, about 40% of all winter days reach 10C on average.
Jan: 8.1C to 8C
Feb: 8.4C to 8C
Mar: 11.3C to 11C

May: 17.9C to 18C
Jun: 21.0C is 21C
Jul: 23.5C to 24C
Aug: 23.2C to 23C
Sep: 19.9C to 20C
Oct: 15.5C to 16C
Nov: 11.1C to 11C
Dec: 8.3C to 8C
I do not have an agenda to make London milder, I just get annoyed when people post ridiculous comments such as 'it rains 200 days a year 24 hrs a day and never gets above 80F' etc etc.
Because you have an agenda to make London look milder than it is.
So what you are saying is that it's ok to pick and choose which decimals to round up and which to round down, ignoring any rules or convention just at random. Either everybody rounds up or everybody rounds down, it just so happens that you round up on a .5 or higher.

Whatever next time you post your agenda I will catch you out to make my point clear...
