Atlanta is really taking a beating in the news this morning for how they handled the two inches of snow and ice. This is the home of the weather channel and I could hear the frustration and disapproval in Jim Cantore's voice as well as Stephanie Abrams this morning. On a few website (blogs) people in the north and Midwest are making light of the situation in the south. Everyone is looking for who to blame and sounds like the mayor is not taking ownership of any of it. People seem to be frustrated with the mayor and governor for the situation. I'm sure they have learned a lesson from this and everybody will be over prepared the next time snow is mention in the local forecast.
It sounds exactly like what happens in coastal southern England whenever it snows
