No one knows how next year will be- but in this scenario this will be the fictional weather of my Hometown.

Most of these figures are non fictional though.
I've used the coldest months ever recorded (starting from 1949) from November to March and the warmest months ever recorded from May to September (both record highs/lows and average temps).

April and October are the transition months here (so i decided to leave the averages as they are at present and for record highs and lows i took the average absolute minimum/maximum of the period 1949-2013).

For the rainfall figures i took the 75% percentile of our average rainfall and for the sunshine the 95% percentile so that our gloomy town becomes much more sunnier now.

So how would you rate it? I would rate it a C+ since the summers nights are too warm, though the winter looks fantastic with that moderate amount of precipitation. Actually with that long cold snowy winter its even still good for a B- rating.
