Lausanne by a long shot. Crozet Islands climate is so boring. It's too gloomy there and there's no summer season. 10°C summer high not to mention the average low in the winter is 1.4°C. There's practically little snow because it doesn't get bloody cold enough. And summers of this crap they practically don't exist to need to do winters. If winters were like 10°C then it would be better cause at least I have a snow season. I would want the winters to be at at least 5°C colder and summers at least 10°C warmer which is basically what Lausaane is.
Lausanne has nice a awesome humid continental climate.
PS Crozet Islands is not what somebody would call a tundra climate. Even know the summers are quite week with the average high in January being 10°C and low 4°C. The winters have 1°C as an average low. The record low is -6.6°C. A subtropical climate would probably have a cold record low in that. I would call it a maritime subarctic climate. With short mild summers and moderately cold rainy winters. It's basically November in Vancouver but for the entire freaking year which is boring.
