Which climates, of which you've been to, are the best and the worst for you? The best for me climate I've been was Sumy: a bit cooler version of Kharkiv. The worst was Dubai, it was terribly hot (even despite I was there not in summer).

Worst : the high plateau (900 meters) of central France where I lived as a high scholl student, dubbed "the little Siberia".
Even in summer nights were chilly. Winter (with -10° C temperatures) lasted from November to May (I saw there snowfall in early may). A pure nightmare (I'm a warm weather lover).

Portland, Australia. Worst climate. Been there multiple times in January, if it was not some form of rain every day over an entire week, it was a 1C low, and if not that, 50km/h winds right off the ocean with thick drizzle and rain with windchills that would give a Melbourne July a fair shake of the sauce bottle

But the fishing is good....

Worst: Aiguille du Midi France, not sure if it really counts tho as it's 12,500'+ asl. At low elevations, Death Valley, CA.

Best: probably Legnica, Poland. Still no that great, I need to work on this one!

Can't believe how wrong the climate data on the French Wikipedia is:
Legnica

Very cloudy, but apparently it averages 8/-15°C in January. Not that the other months are any less bogus, especially the May precipitation.

More realistic data from nearby Wroclaw:
Wroc

Probably Beijing as the worst. Too damn cold in winter.

Best: My hometown of Bandung. Cool (18-28c) year round with plenty of thunderstorms (200 days a year on average)

I'd eat my own turds for lunch for a whole year to live in that climate.
