Yes, recorded in Brighton. Interestingly the highest minimum I ever recorded in Southsea was 24C in 2003...

9:00 AM, about 58F, calm, overcast/foggy. No sun at all yesterday but they're saying we should get some today. As summer winds down we should have more frequent sunny days but apparently this summer has been one of the foggiest in recent years. Figures
