I took melatonin and it did nothing only to help me stay asleep.

Just sleep when you can (as long as it is not before 8pm) and set an alarm for the morning.. it is not that hard. If you're hungry just have a bad of crisps or something.. it really isn't that hard for a 5 hour difference
Excuse me but you haven't done anything more than 1 hour time difference so sorry but I am not even going to listen to you.

Nothing difficult about it........
When I was in America I didn't goto sleep until 7am British time and then would get up at 4pm British time so really its more than 5 hours.

As I said though, I change my sleeping pattern in 5 hour swings so it is the same thing apart from sitting on a plane

I just used up all the room CityData allows for pictures. I must post a lot of pictures. LOL

Crap. Now what. Photobucket was great until I realized every thread click counts as bandwidth so the free account wasn't lasting long..

Looks like my posts will be pictureless until I can figure it out.

I've never used imgur like Jets and irlinit suggested, so maybe that's the best choice, but for what it's worth I usually use postimage.org. No account required there.
