It might. OK, Sweden is a small nation, but still, this is a very serious incident.

If this isn't a sub, what is?

(C some "Erik" took the picture)

A Swedish expert, a commander in the Swedish Navy, says it was definitely a Russian submarine, just on Finnish television.

The Swedish media has accused the Defence Forces not leaking the picture I posted before it was too late.

The "Erik" replies: http://www.aftonbladet.se/nyheter/article19727103.ab

(aftonbladet usually don't publish news in English)

OK, OK, that photo was apparently an archive one as the Swedish Navy just don't hand out photos. But the thing is still on.

And whatever caused this, is a serious violation of a neutral country. And the Russians are behind it.

You know the "bear hunt", right? And it was not about hairy gay men, but Soviet TU-95 bombers capable carrying nuclear weapons and violating the British airspace during the Cold War, and UK, US and CA fighters confronted then. Many times.

This is like it, but worse. An aggressive violation of integrity of a non-NATO nation. It's not about airspace, it's not about seaspace, and it's completely unacceptable.

It just doesn't get any more ridiculous than this. This fail at life climate couldn't be anymore pathetic. Adelaide has had the last 4 days over 30C, while us, yesterday barely cracked 20C with a serious wind chill. On Sunday we had a nice warm day up to 29C, but a polar seabreeze dropped that right down to 12C within minutes

Now, this morning, Adelaide had a LOW of 24C, yes TWENTY FOUR DEGREES CELCIUS with a forecast high of 37C. Here in this miserable fail whale town, the low was a POLAR 8C, that's right, a disproportionately subpolar 8C.

I must ask the same questions I ask all summer when it comes to this senseless crock of horse manure. Except this time, it's on roids

My buddy who lives in Adelaide won't be liking that - he'd much prefer the weather you're having...lol. Seriously, 24 degrees for the low temp in mid-spring - sheesh.

Of course, I'm not complaining about the weather here - it's about as fine as it can be.
