How do you revise for maths/ We have a test and i'm sitting here wondering how to prepare, like I know all the rules and stuff, i'm not sure if i'm ready.
I can do the stuff but keep getting answers wrong because of the confusion with the ++= +, --=+, -+ = - and +-=- thing.
Would joining NATO be put to a referendum, or would it just happen?
Referendum, and one cannot join without the other due to a gentlemans' agreement. So if it doesn't pass in the other country, neither will join.

Meanwhile, an Russian expert said on Finnish television that if we join NATO, the Russians will target nuclear weapons on Stockholm and Helsinki. The Soviets are getting really anal about all this.
