OK, so where I live...

Pretty much every single year we will see temperatures of 35C or 95F without the humidex or heat index.

Pretty much every single year it will get down to -25C or -13F without the wind chill.

Usual highest temperature reached every year is about 34-35C. Surprisingly low given that the average for the hottest month is 33C.

Lowest is usually around 21-22C although 2013 never went below 23C. Average low is 24-26C year round.

For the last 23 years
Every year has reached these temperatures
32ºC
-5ºC

On average the highest is 33.5ºC
the lowest -6.3ºC

Usually the hottest days reaching 42C to 44C (108F to 111F)

The coldest days reaching -6C to -9C (21F to 16F)

for here it's 28C is our usual highest temp and -6C is our usual lowest temp for the past 30 years

hottest: around 115 usually anywhere from 114-117 last year it did hit 119
coldest: usually in the 30s just below or above freezing

Since 2000:

Average highest: 36.0c (the record high from 2000-2013 is 39.0c)
Average lowest: -13.3c (the record low from 2000-2014 is -18.1c)
