I also saw a man fingering a woman near Leeds City Railway Station.

So all in all a good day.
England's come so.

IFK Helsinki just secured promotion to the Finnish league. Their first 1st tier appearance since 1974 I think. We'll get a true Helsinki derby next season!

There will be blood.

A friend of mine got a new co-worker from India, and the guy was dressed like an Inuit when it was 4C in November.

Meanwhile my Ethiopian neighbour goes always like "yeaah, it's 25C, summer nice and warm", though he was born in a hot climate.

Acclimation is the key.

When it's 12°C here in fall and winter, I wear a jacket because I feel cold. 12°C in early spring, by contrast, feels really mild and I would ditch the jacket

I went to the liquor shop today with the aim of picking up a case 6.5% Bourbon and Coke cans which were selling for $16 under normal price. Ofcourse, there were none left of the one I wanted. I was feeling PO'd and crushed if anything.

BUT.... I ended up picking up a king's ransom of discounted booze, including a 6 pack of beer for $4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to do a double take, no way in hell this could be legit, I was sure I was dreaming. But there it was infront of my very eyes. It's a brand I never tried (or really seen) before, the brand is "Saranac".

My haul also included alcoholic Ice Tea for $2 per 500ml bottle, half-price Stella cans, and a couple of 6 packs of 6.5% Bourbon & Coke cans which were reduced by $7 each, a 4 pack of 6.5% Vodka/Citrus mix at a few $ off. Also my go-to sparkling wine bottles were reduced by 50c to $4.50/bottle. Then on top of that, I had my discount card There also seemed to be alot of wine discounted by several $$$ on a permanent basis, others selling for half price specials.

They also had 3x 5 liter wine boxes for $30, but I don't drink those. The other week they were doing 3 boxes for $27 (a different brand though)!!!!!!! I should've probably got those aswell, would've totaled 24 bottles/cans of beer and strong premix spirits, a bottle of wine plus another 15 liters of wine for just under $90

Super epic win!

4c in November, that's not far off our coldest ever November high so I would certainly be dressed like an astronaut too. Addis Ababa isn't that hot either, 22-25c are typical temps there.
