A meteorologist in Louisville, KY graded several winter forecasts based on temperature and snowfall. What's interesting to me is that NOAA's forecast was one of the worst, and the Old Farmers Almanac was one of the best!

No surprise that NOAA and it's warm bias has one of the worst grades.... It's going to kill some people on this forum, but Joe Bastardi and Weather Bell have one of the highest grades

Good thing that he is calling for one of the coldest summers on record for Chicago. And that is something I would love to see. Your summer posts will be priceless lol.
